BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

How do I book a tour?

Simply visit our "Choose Your Destination" section, select your preferred adventure, and click "Book Now." You'll be guided through our easy online booking process where you can choose your date and complete payment securely.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your spot, especially during peak season (May-September). Some tours have limited group sizes and fill up quickly.

Can I book for a group?

Absolutely! We offer group bookings and special rates for groups of 6 or more people. Contact us at info@wildbalkantours.com for custom group arrangements.

What if I need to change my booking date?

You can change your booking date up to 7 days before your tour, subject to availability. Changes made within 7 days may incur additional fees.

TOUR DETAILS

What's the minimum/maximum age?

Most tours welcome participants aged 16 and above. Some tours require participants to be 18+. Children under 16 can join family-friendly tours with adult supervision.

What equipment do you provide?

We provide all specialized equipment including safety gear, camping equipment (where applicable), boats/kayaks, and tools for activities. You only need to bring personal clothing and items.

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

What happens if there's bad weather?

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll offer to reschedule your tour to another date or provide a full refund. Minor weather changes don't typically affect our tours as we're prepared for various conditions.

What if Wild Balkan Tours cancels?

If we cancel due to weather, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or can reschedule to another date at no extra cost.

SAFETY & INSURANCE

Are your tours safe?

Yes! All our guides are certified professionals with extensive experience. We follow strict safety protocols and provide all necessary safety equipment. Emergency procedures are in place for all activities.

Do I need travel insurance?

We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers adventure activities. While we maintain comprehensive liability insurance, personal travel insurance provides additional protection for your belongings and medical needs.
